COVID-19. Making the health & wellbeing of our staff, customers and visitors a priority.

With the global impact of COVID-19, Herrods would like to assure you, that we recognise the risk which is posed for our staff, customers, visitors, and business. Using advice from Victoria’s Department of Health and Human Services, as well as the World Health Organisation, we are taking measures throughout our business to minimise the risk and impact of COVID-19.

Some of the risk-minimisation measures implemented at Herrods include but are not limited to thorough hand and machinery sanitisation processes, temperature monitoring for all entrants of our facilities, and restriction of visitors where possible.

 

We are working closely with our suppliers to mitigate any impacts to our supply chain in the short term. Herrods takes pride in our communication and transparency with our customers. We will communicate disruptions to supply chain with our customers and work to minimise the impact.

 

We appreciate your understanding and respect of the preventative measures being taken at Herrods. Our priority is to ensure the health and wellbeing of our staff, customers, and visitors which will ensure the wellbeing of our business.
